On August 4th, 2023, Hoichoi unveiled the official poster for the upcoming web series, Kumudini Bhavan. Marking a significant milestone, writer Arkadeep Mallika Nath is set to make his directorial debut with this thrilling new series. Leading the cast are Ushasi Ray and Ambarish Bhattacharya. The eagerly awaited premiere is scheduled for 25th August 2023 on Hoichoi.
In the captivating poster, Ambarish Bhattacharya dons a police uniform, exuding an air of authority, while Ushasi Ray is pictured with her luggage, standing before the enigmatic Kumudini Bhavan. This upcoming series intricately weaves a tale of mystery around this very house.
Notably, Arkadeep Mallika Nath, previously recognized for his contributions to scripts such as Subharambha and Sundarbaner Vidyasagar, steps into the director's role for Kumudini Bhavan. Rishav Basu with appearances in noteworthy projects like Srikanto, Prosenjit Weds Rituparna, Bhotbhoti, Mahabharat Murders, and Aparajito, assumes a pivotal character in the series. Anasuya Majumder also graces the production with her significant presence.
Ambarish Bhattacharya has delivered fantastic performances throughout his career. He boasts an impressive filmography spanning films and web series such as Kabir, Detective, Uma, Hello web series, Gotro, Lokkhi Chhele, Bibaho Obhijaan, Ardhangini, Saheber Cutlet, Projapoti, Switzerland, Haami 2, The Parcel, Kaberi Antardhan, Maayakumari, & Fatafati among others.
