Flashback Movie: Rashed Raha’s Directorial Debut on the Big Screen
Rashed Raha, known for directing Trivuj Atta & Prem Bikria, is set to make his directorial debut on the big screen with the upcoming psychological thriller, Flashback. The film features Kaushik Ganguly, Saurav Das, and Shobnom Bubly in lead roles and has been produced by Narayan Chatterjee & Kazi Zafrin Moon under the banners of Blue Whale Entertainment & Big R Production. The makers unveiled the first look poster featuring Kaushik Ganguly & Shobnom Bubly in it.
The storyline revolves around Anjan (Kaushik Ganguly), DK (Saurav Das), and Sweta (Shobnom Bubly), whose lives take an unexpected turn after they meet. The film will unravel the events that changed their lives. Khairul Basar Nirjhar, known for his role in the Mohanagar web series, has written the screenplay and dialogues for this thrilling experience.
Shobnom Bubly makes her entry into Indian cinema with this film, and the shooting is scheduled to commence at the end of January this year. Shobnom Bubly was last seen in Prohelika and is also set to feature in upcoming films like Maya: The Love & Chador.
This film also marks the first collaboration between Kaushik Ganguly and Saurav Das. Saurav Das, who recently appeared in the Picasso web series on Klikk and Antarmahal on Hoichoi, is also part of the upcoming film Mir Jafar: Chapter 2. Kaushik Ganguly, last seen in the Rajneeti web series, will be featured in Binodini: Ekti Natir Upakhyan, Abar Rajneeti, & Mirzaa.
