The OTT platform Klikk unveiled the trailer for their upcoming mystery thriller, Picasso, on November 23, 2023. Directed by Raja Chanda, this series marks the director's debut in the web series, featuring Tota Roy Chowdhury, Saurav Das, Srijla Guha, and Roja Paromita Dey in lead roles.
The 1-and-a-half-minute trailer introduces Palash Mukherjee (played by Tota Roychowdhury), a painter nicknamed Picasso for his extraordinary skills. The series revolves around the mystery surrounding the deaths of the last two individuals after Palash completes their portraits, a central theme explored in the series.
Deboprasad Haldar, known for Mandaar, assumes a significant role in the series. Srijla Guha portrays Shreya, a journalist, while Roja Paromita Dey takes on the character of Ananya. Saurav Das also plays a pivotal role.
Raja Chanda, who released the film Biye Bibhrat this year, marks his first collaboration with Tota Roychowdhury in this series. Previously, Raja Chanda worked with Saurav Das in Harano Prapti, and Saurav Das recently appeared in Abhrajit Sen's Antarmahal on Hoichoi alongside Ishaa Saha.
In 2023, Tota Roychoudhury appeared in Nikhoj and Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. His upcoming projects include Jaha Bolibo Sottyo Bolibo, Nikhoj 2, and Feludar Goyendagiri Season 2.
