Lojja Bengali Web Series: Priyanka Sarkar will play the lead role

Hoichoi has recently announced their upcoming series, Lojja, during the grand event of the platform's 7th season. They unveiled the first look poster of the series, which features Priyanka Sarkar in the lead role. Directed by Aditi Roy, this women-centric web series marks the first-time collaboration between actress Priyanka Sarkar and director Aditi Roy.

The series's storyline has been crafted by Samragnee Bandyopadhyay, who has earlier also contributed to other notable projects like Noshtoneer, Mukherjee Dar Bou, Baba Baby O, and Brahma Janen Gopon Kommoti.

The poster not only showcases Priyanka Sarkar but also incorporates various Bengali terms such as "Apaya," "Alokkhi," "Behaya," "Murkho," "Charitraheen," "Kharap," "Dushcharitra," "Lojja Shorom Boley Kichu Nei," and "Kono Kandogyan Nei".

The teaser, trailer, release date, and the complete star cast for this series are yet to be officially announced.

Aditi Roy's previous directorial projects include Noshtoneer, Bodhon, Bhalobashar Shohor - Saayori, Onnyo Basanto, and At the End of It All. Her upcoming projects include Noshtoneer 2 and Bodhon 2.

This year, the Chirodini Tumi Je Amar fame actress Priyanka Sarkar has been featured in three projects, including Chhotolok on ZEE5, and she is set to appear in upcoming projects such as Dhappa, Aahalya, Radio, Kurban, & Mir Zafar Chapter 2.
