Deep Fridge Bengali Movie Official Teaser: Abir Chatterjee & Tanusree Chakraborty reunite after Flat No 609

On November 22, 2023, Abir Chatterjee shared the official teaser for his upcoming film, Deep Fridge. Directed by Arjunn Dutta, presented by Krishna Kyal, and produced by Colors of Dream Entertainment, the 33-second teaser features Abir Chatterjee and Tanusree Chakraborty, the male and female leads of the film.

In the teaser, Tanusree Chakraborty is seen opening the door of a deep fridge, attempting to scratch something. She asks Abir Chatterjee, "Can everything be perceived from a distance?" The two stare at each other for a few seconds.

Director Arjunn Dutta has written the story, with screenplay support from Ashirbad Maitra. Soumya Rit will compose the music, and Supratim Bhol is the cinematographer.

The film revolves around the complexities of the relationship between a divorced couple, Swarnava (Abir Chatterjee), and Mili (Tanusree Chakraborty), who have a child. Debjani Chatterjee, Anuradha Mukherjee, Lakshya Bhattacharya, and Shoaib Kabeer play crucial roles in the film.

Deep Fridge has been selected for a special screening at IFFI Goa on November 27, 2023, at 12:45 PM, with a scheduled release next year. This film marks Arjunn Dutta’s fourth directorial venture after Shrimati, Guldasta, and Abyakto. Abir Chatterjee and Tanusree Chakraborty reunite after more than 5 years since their previous collaboration in Flat No 609.

Abir Chatterjee recently appeared in Nandita Roy & Shiboprosad Mukherjee’s Raktabeej and is also set to feature in upcoming films like Badami Hyenar Kobole, Putul Nacher Itikotha, Kabuliwala, and Joto Kando Kolkatatei.

Tanusree Chakraborty was last seen in MN Raj’s Raavan. Debjani Chatterjee featured in Nandini on Addatimes, while Anuradha Mukherjee previously appeared in Tansener Tanpura, Sweater, Halahal, Eken Babu Season 4, Guldasta, Rudrabinar Obhishaap, and Olokkhis in Goa.
