On October 13, 2023, Hoichoi, Bengal's premier OTT platform, unveiled the much-anticipated teaser for Director Parambrata Chatterjee's upcoming horror-thriller, Parnasavarir Shaap.

The two-minute teaser commences with the esteemed actor, Chiranjeet Chakraborty, portraying the character of Bhaduri Moshai. He eloquently narrates the tale of Parnasavari while applying a tilak to his forehead.

Towards the teaser's end, Chiranjeet enters a room where actress Surangana Bandyopadhyay repeatedly bangs her head against the walls. As she turns towards him, her eyes exude an eerie intensity. Beyond the veteran actor's compelling presence, the teaser's standout feature is its haunting background music.

The teaser also features Anindita Bose, Gaurav Chakrabarty, and Arna Mukhopadhyay. Hoichoi had previously teased this series during their grand event for the 7th season. We will witness how Mr. Bhaduri solves the mystery of a miraculous power once the series begins streaming on Hoichoi this Bhoot Chaturdoshi.

The series is an adaptation of Souvik Chakraborty's novel, "Parnasavarir Shaap." Sreejib is credited with writing the screenplay and dialogues, while Souvik Chakraborty penned the original story. The series is produced by Parambrata Chattopadhyay and Aritra Sen under their production house, Roadshow Films, with Prasenjit Chowdhury responsible for cinematography.
