Gora Bengali Web Series Teaser Review:

Hoichoi has finally released the teaser of the much-anticipated web series Gora on 18th December 2021.

The 86 seconds teaser shows that Gourab Sen AKA Gora is a private detective, who forgets people’s names, clues of cases, and almost everything. His tuneless singing makes him unbearable to others. He considers himself a serial killer specialist and asks people to contact him only when they have a serial killing case.

Considering all the qualities that should have been in a Detective are missing in Gora, Sayantan Ghosal seems to bring a completely different type of detective story than whatever we have seen in the likes of Feluda and Byomkesh Bakshi.

Ishaa Saha is the female lead in this web series. We have already seen her delivering some spectacular performances in movies and web series including Detective, Golondaaj, Projapoti Biskut, Boyfriends & Girlfriends, Sweater, Mafia, Indu. She will also feature in upcoming movies like Kolkata Chalantika, Ghore Pherar Gaan, Kacher Manush.

Suhotra Mukhopadhyay, who has won the hearts of audiences with his noteworthy performances in web series like Tansener Tanpura Season 2, Mohomaya, Water Bottle, Paap Season 2, Indu, Mouchaak, will be portraying a crucial role in the Gora web series.

Gora (2021) Bengali Web Series Marks OTT Debut of Ritwick Chakraborty:

Ritwick Chakraborty, one of the versatile actors in the Bengali Film Industry will make his OTT debut with the web series Gora. Ritwick Chakraborty, who made his debut with the movie Pagol Premi, has won Filmfare Award twice. The first one came in 2012 when he won Best Actor for Shabdo then in 2019 when he won Best Supporting Actor for Jyeshthoputro.

Maiden Collaboration between Ritwick Chakraborty & Sayantan Ghosal:

Sayantan Ghosal, one of the brilliant directors has already directed web series like Indu season 1, Mouchaak season 1, Byomkesh, Lalbazaar, and movies like Jawker Dhan, Sagardwiper Jawker Dhan, Satyanweshi Byomkesh.

Gora web series marks the maiden collaboration between actor Ritwick Chakraborty & director Sayantan Ghosal. Sayantan Ghosal has already worked with Ishaa Saha in the web series Indu.
