Kabuliwala (2023) Bengali Movie Trailer Review:
The production houses Jio Studios & SVF Entertainment unveiled the trailer of their upcoming film Kabuliwala on December 4, 2023, directed by Suman Ghosh. The 2-minute and 15-second trailer provides a glimpse into the plot, focusing on the bonding between Mithun Chakraborty as Rahmat and Anumegha Kahali as Mini. The trailer effectively captures the innocence of Mini and portrays the friendship between Rahmat and Mini.
Abir Chatterjee and Sohini Sarkar play the roles of Mini’s parents. Sohini Sarkar’s concern, evident on her face, as she fears something negative about her daughter's friendship with Rahmat, is well depicted. Abir Chatterjee's conversation with Mithun Chakraborty adds depth to the narrative.
This film marks Mithun Chakraborty’s return to the big screen after last year’s blockbuster Projapoti, which starred Dev in the lead role. Mithun Chakraborty will also be featured in the upcoming film "Baap."
Kabuliwala is a collaborative effort between SVF Entertainment and Jio Studios. It represents the second collaboration between Mithun Chakraborty and Suman Ghosh after "Nobel Chor" and is set to hit theaters on December 22, 2023. The film will face competition from Dev's Pradhan, Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki, and Prabhas's Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire.
