On 3rd December 2023, Addatimes, the OTT platform, unveiled the teaser for their upcoming web series Sin: Whispers of Guilt. The series is written and directed by Arunava Khasnobis, with the story penned by Arunava Khasnobis, Dolphin Raha, and Premasis Mukherjee. MD Kalam will edit the series, while Souvik Basu will handle cinematography, and Nilanjan Ghosh will compose the music.
The 1-minute 45-second teaser hints at a personal, emotional, revengeful drama. The killer appears to have returned after a two-year hiatus, leaving a symbol of lust after each murder. Pratik Dutta leads the investigation into the death of a girl who has been burned by the killer to conceal her identity. The series promises to unveil the murder mystery this Christmas season.
Arunava Khasnobis has previously worked on projects like Sin in 2020, Bisorgo in 2020, Bhalobasa Off Route E in 2012, Lullaby in 2021, and Neeti Shastra in 2022.
MD Sahidur Rahaman, known for his roles in films such as Vikram Vedha, Kaabil, Skater Girl, and IB 71, will play a crucial role in this series.
Tridha Choudhury, famous for Shei Je Holud Pakhi and last seen in Bandish Bandits, will play a significant role in this series. She is making her big-screen comeback with Boomerang, starring Jeet. Sujan Neel Mukherjee and Judhajit Sarkar will also be seen in crucial roles. Pratik Dutta recently featured in Chhotolok on ZEE5.
