There is a sweet chemistry between Jeet and Eid. The superstar has almost never disappointed fans on the occasion of Eid. Previously, he gifted us films like Raavan and Boss 2: Back to Rule on Eid. This year, his upcoming film Boomerang was supposed to be released on Eid but got delayed as the election is starting this month.
To surprise the fans, he unveiled the first look poster of Boomerang today. Rukmini Maitra is pairing up with Jeet for the first time in this film directed by Sauvik Kundu, who previously directed films like "Switzerland" and "Aay Khuku Aay". The film also marks the maiden collaboration between Superstar Jeet and Director Sauvik Kundu.
The first look poster features Jeet wearing black goggles and a backpack, flying on a superbike specially designed for this film. This interesting addition to the film has generated good hype among audiences since its announcement. Jeet’s costume and the poster design look impressive.
Versatile actors like Kharaj Mukherjee, Rajatava Dutta, and Saurav Das will play crucial roles in this film. Debchandrima Singha Roy, known for the Preme Pora Baron series, will also be seen in a crucial role. The story of Boomerang has been written by Jeet Satragni, while Saugata Sinha, Sauvik Kundu, and Salim have jointly written the script and dialogues.
Manas Ganguly is responsible for the cinematography, Sanjoy Salil Chowdhury for the background score, Sujay Datta Ray for editing the film, and Nilayan Chatterjee will compose the music for this film produced by Jeet, Gopal Madnani & Amit Jumrani under the banner Jeetz Filmworks
The sci-fi comedy film is set to hit theaters on 7th June 2024, clashing with Ajogya starring Prosenjit Chatterjee and Rituparna Sengupta. Last year, Jeet had two releases, Chengiz and Manush: Child of Destiny. Rukmini Maitra was last seen in Byomkesh O Durgo Rahasya.
