On January 18, 2024, Jio Studios and Maddock Films revealed the trailer for their upcoming sci-fi romantic comedy, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. Shahid Kapoor and Kriti are in lead roles, supported by Dharmendra, Dimple Kapadia, Rakesh Bedi, and Rajesh Kumar, directed by debutant directors Amit Joshi & Aradhana Sah.
The 3-minute trailer unveils a plot centered around Kabir (Shahid Kapoor) and the female robot SIFRA. Kabir unknowingly develops feelings for SIFRA, leading to their agreement for marriage. The twist occurs when Kabir discovers SIFRA is a robot, revealed by her aunt, portrayed by Dimple Kapadia. The question remains: will Kabir and Sifra marry?
Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's on-screen chemistry takes center stage, complemented by a decent music score. However, the trailer edit falls short, revealing too much about the plot.

Sachin–Jigar handles the background score, with Tanishk Bagchi, Sachin–Jigar, & Mitraz composing the music. Shahid Kapoor, last seen in Farzi and Bloody Daddy, is set to feature in Rosshan Andrrews directorial upcoming action thriller Deva. Kriti Sanon, an award-winning actress, appeared in Adipurush, Shehzada, & Ganapath Part 1 last year and will be featured in upcoming films like Do Patti and The Crew.
