The Raja Saab Movie: Prabhas and Director Maruthi's Maiden Collaboration
On the auspicious occasion of Pongal, on January 15, 2024, director Maruthi unveiled the first look poster of his upcoming romantic horror entertainer, The Raja Saab. Prabhas will portray the titular role in this film.
The Raja Saab marks Prabhas's 26th film and the 11th directorial venture of Maruthi, marking their maiden collaboration.
The film will be produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and co-produced by Vivek Kuchibotla under the banner People Media Factory. It is set for a pan-India release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
Thaman S will compose the music, marking his third collaboration with Maruthi after Mahanubhavudu and Prathi Roju Pandage.
People Media Factory has previously produced films like Pawan Kalyan's Bro, Ravi Teja's Dhamaka & Eagle, Nikhil Siddhartha's Karthikeya 2, and Samantha Ruth Prabhu's Oh Baby.
Director Maruthi's last film, Pakka Commercial, starring Tottempudi Gopichand, was released in 2022. Prabhas is set to feature in
Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit.
