Vadhuvu Telugu Web Series: First Look Poster Unveiled

Actress Avika Gor is set to take on the role of Indu in the upcoming mystery thriller Vadhuvu, a Telugu adaptation of the Hoichoi Bengali web series Indu. Produced by Abhishek Daga under the banner SVF Entertainment, the first look poster for Vadhuvu was revealed on November 10, 2023, through SVF's social media, accompanied by the caption "A marriage full of secrets. Get ready for Indu’s story soon".

In the poster, Avika Gor is depicted in a wedding attire, shedding tears. The series is scheduled to premiere on Disney plus Hotstar Telugu in the near future.

Avika Gor, known for her debut in the film Uyyala Jampala where she won the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut in Telugu, has also appeared in Mansion 24 and the Naga Chaitanya starrer Thank You.

Ali Reza and Nandu will play crucial roles in Vadhuvu, with the release date, trailer date, and the rest of the cast and crew yet to be officially announced. It will be intriguing to see if the show can meet expectations, similar to the directorial series by Sayantan Ghosal, where Ishaa Saha played the titular character.

Vadhuvu marks the second instance of a Hoichoi series being adapted into a different language, following Dayaa, which was adapted from Syed Ahmed Shawki’s web series Taqdeer.
