The first-look poster for director Himel Ashraf’s upcoming romantic drama, Rajkumar, starring superstar Shakib Khan, was unveiled on March 23, 2024. Produced by Arshad Adnan under the banner of Versatile Media, the film is set to hit theatres on Eid Ul Fitar 2024. The poster prominently features Shakib Khan alongside the Statue of Liberty.
American actress Courtney Coffey plays the female lead in the film. Additionally, Tariq Anam Khan, Dilara Zaman, and Ejajul Islam will be seen in supporting roles. Rajkumar will tell us the story of a young man, portrayed by Shakib Khan, on his journey from Bangladesh to the USA and how this journey transforms his life.
The makers have scheduled the trailer launch for March 28, 2024, at the Burj Khalifa, coinciding with superstar Shakib Khan’s birthday celebration. This film marks the second collaboration between Shakib Khan and Himel Ashraf, following last year’s blockbuster Priyotoma. Naturally, expectations are high for this duo once again.
Shakib Khan will also be featured in Raihan Rafi’s Toofan and Anonno Mamun's Dorod. Courtney Coffey has previously appeared in projects such as "Dominoes," "Revenging Angels Cull the Herd," and "The Storm."
