The Crew (2024) Movie Announcement Teaser Unveiled:
On February 2nd, 2024, Balaji Motion Pictures unveiled the announcement teaser for the upcoming comedy-drama The Crew. Produced by Rhea Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor under the banners Balaji Motion Pictures & AFKCN, the film is directed by Rajesh Krishnan and stars Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Kriti Sanon in lead roles. Diljit Dosanjh is the sole male lead, with Kapil Sharma making an appearance in an extended cameo.
Rajesh Krishnan makes a comeback after more than 3 years since his directorial debut with Lootcase in 2020. The Crew marks his first collaboration with Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kriti Sanon, and Diljit Dosanjh. It's also the first time Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Kriti Sanon will share the screen in a film.
The half-minute announcement teaser features the three lead actresses in red uniforms, with the background music hinting at a possible remake of the superhit song "Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai" from the film "Khal Nayak" composed by Laxmikant-Pyarelal. The captain of a flight welcomes passengers and assures them that the flight crew will take good care of them, ending with the line, "Apni choli tightly bandh le taki Dil bahar na gir jaye."
Tabu was last seen in Khufiya and will also be featured in Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha. Kriti Sanon's recent appearance was in Ganapath Part 1, and she will also be seen in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya and "Do Patti." Kareena Kapoor Khan was last seen in Jaane Jaan and will also be featured in "The Buckingham Murders" and "Singham Again." Diljit Dosanjh's latest film was Jogi, and he will also be featured in Chamkila.
