Bengal Police Chapter 1: M16 Prevue:

MN Raj, who marked his directorial debut with the action thriller Raavan starring Jeet, is making a return with another action-packed venture. His second directorial project, titled "Bengal Police Chapter 1: M16," unfolds within a cop universe and features Jeetu Kamal in the lead role.

Initially, "Bengal Police" was slated to be directed by Sayantan Ghosal, with Ankush Hazra in the lead role. However, after the release of the first look poster in March, it became apparent that MN Raj would helm the film, and the preview/teaser revealed Jeetu Kamal as the protagonist. Dibyendu Bhattacharya, who plays the antagonist, also made an appearance in the teaser in a pivotal scene.

The 1-and-a-half-minute teaser prominently showcases Jeetu Kamal in a commanding action hero persona, accompanied by the caption "A promise was once made." Following this, Jeetu Kamal delivers a series of impactful lines:

"A boy is named by his father; I have changed the name of the father. From now on, before mentioning my name, take the red-lettered God's name first."

"I don't play PUBG on a mobile; I play the game of life. I don't have a title in front of my name, nor do I have a surname. There's only one proclamation, and that's sufficient."

This action-packed thriller is produced by Piyali Chatterjee under the banner of Nextgen Ventures Production House & will be released in Bengali, Assamese, and Odia Languages. The cinematography will be skillfully handled by Badal Sarkar, while editing duties fall to Vijay Raj. The music for the film will be composed by the talented trio of Pritam, Deb, and Loy-Deep.

The teaser/preview draws attention to Jeetu Kamal's remarkable performance, powerful dialogues, and engaging background music. Official announcements regarding the trailer, release date, and the remaining cast of the film are still pending.
