Vidya Balan And Shefali Shah's Maiden Collaboration:
Vidya Balan will collaborate again with director Suresh Triveni after Tumhari Sulu. Her upcoming movie has been titled Jalsa. Shefali Shah will be the other lead cast of the movie. Both of them are so much excited to portray different and unique characters in their career.
It will be their
first collaboration. Both of them have huge admiration for each other’s work.
Bhushan Kumar was all praise for the uniqueness of the script, terming it one of the sharpest scripts in recent times.
Surya Kasibhatla will be making his debut with the Jalsa movie,
which will be released in 2022. Amazon Prime Video’s Sherni was Vidya Balan’s
last released movie in 2021. She received positive feedback for her brilliant
performance in the movie. Vijay Raaz, Sharat Saxena, and Ila Arun were the co-stars
of the movie.
Shefali Shah was last seen in Netflix’s anthology film Ajeeb
Daastaans. Her performance was quite impressive there.
Abundantia Entertainment and T-series will jointly produce
this movie. Previously Abundantia Entertainment has produced projects like
Breathe(2018), Breathe: Into the Shadows(2020), Toilet: A Love Story(2017),
Shakuntala Devi(2020), etc.
The latest releases of T-Series include Bhuj: The Pride Of
India, Haseen Dilruba, Sardar Ka Grandson, Saina, Mumbai Saga, Indoo Ki Jawani,
