Tripti Dimri has been onboarded in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

On February 21, 2024, Kartik Aaryan took to social media and shared a half image of an actress with the hashtag #BB3MysteryGirl, prompting fans to guess her identity. The actress in question turned out to be Tripti Dimri, known for her role in the film Animal. Aaryan's intention behind sharing the image was to unveil Tripti Dimri as the newest addition to the cast of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 directed by Anees Bazmee.

The reveal included a poster featuring Dimri's image alongside the film's title and the names of its makers, with the text "The thrills and chills intensify with the addition of Tripti Dimri on board".

Expressing her excitement, Dimri stated, "Glad to be part of the madness of #BhoolBhulaiyaa3! Let’s get set for a Diwali blast as we bring the perfect mix of comedy and thrills to the big screen. It's going to be a cracker of a ride!"

In addition to "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3", Dimri is set to appear in upcoming films like "Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam" and "Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video". She made her lead role debut in 2018 with "Laila Majnu", opposite Avinash Tiwary, and subsequently appeared in "Bulbbul" and "Qala".

The "Bhool Bhulaiyaa" franchise, which began with the 2007 film directed by Priyadarshan, followed by the 2022 installment directed by Anees Bazmee, is set to release its third installment during Diwali this year. On February 12, the makers announced that Vidya Balan has also joined the cast of Anees Bazmee's horror thriller.
