The action thriller was initially slated for release in theaters on January 12, 2024, but faced a delay. Now, the film is set to hit theaters on April 26, 2024.
The 39-second pre-teaser opens with Aayush Sharma carrying a guitar on his back, followed by scenes of him wielding a gun, riding a high-speed bike, standing on stage, and confronting goons with a knife. Aayush Sharma shines in the pre-teaser, complemented by an impressive background score.
"Ruslaan: Guitar Bhi Bajega Aur Gun Bhi" is produced by K K Radhamohan and marks Aayush Sharma’s third lead role in a film, also his first collaboration with director Karan Butani. The makers unveiled the first look poster on Sharma's 33rd birthday. Vidya Malavade makes her big-screen return with this action thriller.
Sushrii Mishraa plays the female lead in the film. She debuted in 2018 with the Shah Rukh Khan-starring film "Zero" and appeared in Mangesh Hadawale’s "Malaal." Additionally, she will be featured in the upcoming web series "Cartel" alongside Tanuj Virwani.
Aayush Sharma's previous film, Antim: The Final Truth, was released in 2021, and he will also star in the upcoming film "Kwatha." Jagapathi Babu recently appeared in Guntur Kaaram starring Mahesh Babu, and will also feature in Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2: The Rule.
