On 5th April 2023, the grand occasion of actress Rashmika Mandanna’s 27th birthday, the makers of Pushpa 2: The Rule shared a poster of the actress and the first glimpse of the action thriller film directed by Sukumar. The Allu Arjun starrer action thriller is produced by Naveen Yerneni & Y. Ravi Shankar under the banners Mythri Movie Makers & Muttamsetty Media and Devi Sri Prasad composed the music.
The 21 seconds glimpse highlights Pushpa Raj running away from the jail in Tirupati. He is missing since then and the Police force is looking out for him all around.
The actress played the impactful role of Pushpa Raj’s (Allu Arjun) love interest Srivalli in Pushpa: The Rise – Part 1. The Part 1 co-starring Fahadh Faasil, Sunil, Rao Ramesh, & Anasuya Bharadwaj was released in theatres on 17th December 2021 & had a box office collection of Rs 300 crore worldwide, and won multiple awards in different categories. The plot of Pusha: The Rise was based on how laborer Pushpa Raj rose to fame in the world of red sandalwood smuggling and the film received maximum positive reviews from critics and audiences due to Allu Arjun’s brilliant performance, dialogues, music, and Sukumar’s magical storytelling.
The teaser of part 2 will be released on 7th April and the first look poster will be released on Allu Arjun’s 41st birthday on 8th April 2023. The movie lovers showered their love for part 1 and they are more excited about part 2 which may release in December this year or at the start of next year.
This year Rashmika Mandanna was featured in movies like Varisu & Mission Majnu and she will be also seen in upcoming films like Animal & Rainbow. Allu Arjun will be featured in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s upcoming film produced by T-Series & Bhadrakali Pictures.
