The plot of Bhootchakra Pvt. Ltd. revolves around three characters: Amit (Soham Chakraborty), Nimai Bose, also known as Nimo (Gaurav Chakrabarty), and Bonny Roy (Bonny Sengupta). They have a keen interest in searching for ghosts and stumble upon a method called 'Bhootjantra' to rid themselves of these supernatural entities. Inspired by the potential for profit, they decide to establish an organization called Bhootchakra Pvt. Ltd.

As they delve deeper into their ghostly endeavors, they encounter a series of unexpected events that prove to be challenging to overcome. The film follows their journey as they navigate through this critical situation, testing their mettle and resilience.
Srabanti Chatterjee, Rittika Sen, Kaushik Sen, Paran Bandopadhyay, and Shantilal Mukherjee also play significant roles in the film. Raja Narayan Deb composed the film's music, while Anupam Roy is responsible for the lyrics. The editing has been skillfully handled by Sujoy Dutta Roy, and Gopi Bhagat has contributed to the cinematography.
Bhootchakra Pvt. Ltd, produced and distributed by Surinder Films, is a remake of the Telugu film 'Anando Brahma', written and directed by Mahi V. Raghav.
