Megastar Chiranjeevi and Mohan Raja's Maiden Collaboration
On the eve of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 66th
birthday, his upcoming movie Godfather’s first look poster has been released. In
the poster, we saw megastar Chiranjeevi standing with a gun in his hand. The
movie will be jointly produced by Konidela Production and Super Good Films.
Director Mohan Raja will be collaborating with Megastar Chiranjeevi
for the first time. It is also the maiden collaboration between Chiranjeevi and
music director S. Thaman. Nayanthara & Satyadev will be seen in pivotal
roles.
Godfather is the official remake of Prithviraj Sukumaran directed
Malayalam movie “Lucifer” which was released in 2019. Mohanlal, Manju Warrier &
Vivek Oberoi were in the lead roles in “Lucifer”.
Chiranjeevi was last seen in the movie “Sye Ra Narasimha
Reddy” which was released on 2nd October 2019. Chiranjeevi, Nayanthara,
Tamannaah, Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapathi Babu were the lead cast of the
movie.
The megastar is nowadays busy shooting for director Koratala
Siva’s movie “Acharya”. Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Kajal Aggarwal, Pooja Hegde
are the lead cast of “Acharya”. The movie marks the first collaboration between
Chiranjeevi & Koratala Siva.
Mohan Raja’s last directorial movie was Velaikkaran which was released on 22nd December 2017. Sivakarthikeyan, Fahadh Faasil, Nayanthara were the lead cast of that movie.
