On 19th June 2024, ZEE Music Bangla unveiled the official trailer of their upcoming comedy-drama film, Alexander Er Pisi, directed by Debojyoti Sarkar. The film stars Aparajita Adhya, Biswanath Basu, Riddhiraj Dutta, Chandan Sen, and Partha Sarathi Deb in the lead roles, with Tirtha Bhattacharjee, Samir Biswas, Sanjib Mukherjee, Achintya Dutta, Uday Sankar Pal, Manish Chakraborty, Deepak Halder, and Swati Mukherjee in supporting roles.
The 2-and-a-half-minute trailer showcases the lives of people in a theatre group. Riddhiraj Dutta portrays the character of Alexander in a drama, while Aparajita Adhya plays the role of Alexander’s aunt. Aparajita Adhya’s performance, the comedy scenes, and Amit Chatterjee’s background score are the major highlights of this trailer. Chandan Sen and Partha Sarathi Deb, & Biswanath Basu will play crucial roles in this film.
The story of Alexander Er Pisi has been written by Dulendra Bhowmick. Manas Ganguly is responsible for the cinematography, and Nirmal Parui has edited the film. Pradip Mukherjee and Tirtha Bhattacharjee (Tonsa Yatra Pala) are responsible for the music composition.
Amit Dey is responsible for the art direction of this film, and it has been produced by Adika Productions. The film will be released on ZEE Music Bangla on 28th June 2024. Aparajita Adhya’s film Eta Amader Golpo is a box office blockbuster of 2024.
