On the grand occasion of actor Nithiin’s 41st birthday on 20th March 2024, the production house Sri Venkateswara Creations unveiled the first look poster of their upcoming film titled Thammudu. Directed by Sriram Venu, the film stars Nithiin as the protagonist and is set to narrate a tale of ambition, courage, and determination.
The first look poster showcases Nithiin sitting atop a bus, spear in hand, with a tribal lady driver and a few passengers inside the bus. Actress Laya also features prominently in the poster. Sameer Reddy will handle the cinematography, B. Ajaneesh Loknath will compose the music, & Prawin Pudi will edit this film.
Thammudu marks the 35th film in Nithiin’s career and his first collaboration with director Sriram Venu. The film is Sriram Venu's fourth directorial venture, following Oh My Friend, Middle Class Abbayi, and Vakeel Saab.
Following the box office disappointment of Nithiin’s previous film, Extra Ordinary Man, there are high expectations among fans for Thammudu. Nithiin is also set to star in the director Venky Kudumula's film Robinhood. Sri Venkateswara Creations' upcoming productions include Vijay Deverakonda's Family Star and Ram Charan's Game Changer.
