On March 17, 2024, Hoichoi unveiled the official trailer of their upcoming family drama series, Dadur Kirti. Directed by Rahool Mukherjee, the series stars Paran Bandopadhyay, Anashua Majumdar, Shantilal Mukherjee, Jaayati Chakraborty, Rwitobroto Mukherjee, Tanishka Tiwari, Chandreyee Ghosh, Kanchan Mullick, Satyam Bhattacharya, Soham Maitra, Durbar Sharma, Avery Singha Roy, and Ayan Bhattacharjee.
The two-and-a-half-minute trailer opens with a dialogue from Satinath Chowdhury (Paran Bandopadhyay), who is seen practicing lines in front of the house caretaker, Rafique (Satyam Bhattacharya). Satinath and his wife Sandhya Chowdhury (Anashua Majumdar) express their longing for their children and grandchildren and their desire to reunite the family.
Upon the family's arrival, Satinath and Sandhya reveal that Satinath's father left hidden treasures in the Chowdhury House, hoping that someone from the family would uncover them. The mystery of who will discover the hidden treasure unfolds as the series progresses.
Rahool Mukherjee's debut on the OTT platform appears promising, with solid casting and a compelling blend of family drama, emotion, and a hint of horror evident in the trailer.
