Prabhas and Prashanth Neel's maiden collaboration:
On 5th April 2023, the makers of Prabhas starrer upcoming action thriller Salaar confirmed that the film will be released in theatres on 28th September 2023 in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, & English.
KGF and KGF chapter 2 fame director Prashanth Neel has written the story and will direct this action thriller produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale Films.
14 seconds glimpse calls Prabhas aka Salaar the most violent man. With an intense look, he seems ready to thrash the bad guys and we are sure to experience some stunning action sequences in this action thriller.
This is the first time we will see Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran together in a film. Also, we will see Shruti Haasan and Prabhas sharing the screen space for the first time in this action thriller. Jagapathi Babu, Easwari Rao, Madhu Guruswamy, & Sriya Reddy will portray crucial roles in this film.
Ravi Basrur will compose the music, Ujwal Kulkarni will handle the editing, & Bhuvan Gowda will be responsible for the cinematography of Salaar. UV Creations and KRG Studios will distribute this Prashanth Neel directorial action thriller. Apart from this action thriller, there are high expectations from Prabhas’s upcoming projects like Adipurush, Spirit, & Project K.
Prabhas became a Pan India star after the massive success of director S.S. Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Beginning which brought Tsunami at the box office and the same goes for Baahubali 2: The Conclusion too. Though Saaho had a good box office collection, the film received mixed reviews from audiences as well as critics. He was also featured in Radhe Shyam but it couldn’t make a good impact at the box office.
