Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 (2024) Movie: Vidya Balan and Kartik Aaryan’s Maiden Collaboration

On February 12, 2014, T-Series officially announced the inclusion of the versatile actress Vidya Balan in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film, directed by Anees Bazmee, features Kartik Aaryan as the male lead.

To make the announcement, the makers released a collage video showcasing Vidya Balan dancing to the song "Ami Je Tomar" from the 2007 Priyadarshan-directed Bhool Bhulaiyaa, and Kartik Aaryan, in his role as Rooh Baba, singing the same song. The film is scheduled to commence production in March.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, directed by Anees Bazmee, hit theaters in 2022 and amassed a box office collection of over Rs 260 crores. This marks the first on-screen collaboration between Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan, as well as Anees Bazmee's debut project with both actors. The film will be produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar under the banner T-Series Films.

While Tabu delivered a strong performance in the second installment, Vidya Balan made a lasting impact in the first, prompting numerous fans to express their desire on social media for her return in the sequel.

Kartik Aaryan's most recent appearance was in Satyaprem Ki Katha, and he is set to feature in upcoming films such as Aashiqui 3 and Chandu Champion, scheduled for a theatrical release in June this year. Vidya Balan, last seen in Neeyat, will also be part of the upcoming film Do Aur Do Pyaar.
