A theatre artist Ishan Bharti (Tushar Pandey) who is also an activist is in a relationship with Ankita Chauhan (Pia Bajpiee) who is an anchor in the Metro news channel. She took the interview of politician Ranjan Varman (Rahul Khanna) and he got impressed by her & offered her a job.

A few reasons you should not miss Lost on ZEE5:
1. The first reason is obviously the performance of Yami Gautam. She is a fearless crime reporter who looks unstoppable even after many threats. Her bonding with Pankaj Kapur was also amazing. She should be appreciated for choosing challenging projects like A Thursday, Dasvi, Uri: The Surgical Strike, Bala, Ginny Weds Sunny, & Kaabil, etc.
2. The movie was shot in various parts of Kolkata and the views were amazing & cinematographer Avik Mukhopadhyay deserves the credit for this.
3. The performance of Pankaj Kapur is also praiseworthy. His conversation with his granddaughter is the fun element of this mystery thriller.
4. Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury’s direction deserves a mention. We have seen his directorial masterpiece Pink and we know his style of creating engaging thrillers makes him stand out from the rest.
5. Rahul Khanna as Ranjan Varman, Tushar Pandey as Ishan Bharti, Pia Bajpiee as Ankita Chauhan, & Kaushik Sen as Bhism Rana will catch your attention with their respective performances.
6. The plot twist in the climax, the editing by Bodhaditya Banerjee, & the music by Shantanu Moitra are the other areas that make Lost a must-watch on ZEE5.
