Bheemla Nayak Movie Review: Story, Performances & Analysis

Daniel Sekhar (Rana Daggubati), the son of an ex-MP Jeevan Kumar(Samuthirakani) was caught by police carrying wine in a car while crossing a check post in Andhra Pradesh.

Daniel got involved in a fight with one of the constables there which led sub-inspector Bheemla Nayak(Pawan Kalyan) to take him to the police station. Being the son of an ex-MP, Daniel’s ego was hurt when he was taken to the police station.

Having insufficient data about Daniel’s identity and background the constables searched his mobile & found that he is the son of an ex-MP.

Bheemla Nayak had to call his senior (Murali Sharma) informing him about the whole incident and his next move. He followed the order from his senior about providing him with all the facilities he is asking for. Nayak had to serve a drink in a glass for him which Daniel recorded on his mobile.

He also released the video in the media which led to the suspension of Nayak. His wife Suguna (Nithya Menen) gave him all the required support & motivated him to stand against all the odds.

The rest of the story is about how Bheemla Nayak fought with Daniel & ex-MP Jeevan Kumar & got his position back.

Unlike his previous movie Vakeel Saab which fans didn’t see Pawan Kalyan in the role, he is most famous, Bheemla Nayak gave us a glimpse of his return to commercial film.

Many people are debating the fact that Bheemla Nayak is far better than Ayyappanum Koshiyum. Director Sachy’s movie Ayyappanum Koshiyum starring Biju Menon, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Anna Rajan, and Gowri Nandha, was released on 7th February 2020.

In various aspects, Bheemla Nayak has surpassed what we had seen in Ayyappanum Koshiyum. Especially the performances from Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati made a huge difference here. Nithya Menen as Suguna & Samyuktha Menon as Daniel’s wife provided valuable contributions.

Though Trivikram’s dialogues looked unnecessary at times, director Saagar K Chandra’s execution deserves appreciation.

Naveen Nooli’s edit, Thaman’s music & Ravi K Chandran’s cinematography were other highlights of Bheemla Nayak.

Final Words

Whether you are a fan of Pawan Kalyan and Daggubati or not Bheemla Nayak is a promising action drama that assures to entertain you throughout.
