John Abraham and Lakshya Raj Anand’s maiden collaboration:

On 30th September 2021, John Abraham shared the good news about releasing his upcoming movie “Attack”. The action thriller which is inspired by true events is directed by Lakshya Raj Anand.

“Attack” movie marks the directorial debut of Lakshya Raj Anand. He was the assistant director of Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif starrer movie “Ek Tha Tiger”.

This is the first time John Abraham & Lakshya Raj Anand is collaborating. As per the confirmation, it will not clash with Akshay Kumar’s “Prithviraj” but will release within 1 week of “Prithviraj”.

“Attack” will be bankrolled by Jayantilal Gada, John Abraham, and Ajay Kapoor under their banners JA Entertainment, Pen India Limited, AK Productions. Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakul Preet Singh are the female leads of this movie.

“Sardar Ka Grandson” and “Mumbai Saga” are the two movies of John Abraham that have already been released in 2021 and “Satyameva Jayate 2” will also release this year.

Along with “Attack”, his other upcoming movies in 2022 are “Ek Villain Returns” & “Pathan”.

The actor made his big-screen debut with director Amit Saxena’s erotic thriller movie “Jism” co-starring Bipasha Basu.

Jacqueline Fernandez’s only movie released this year was “Bhoot Police” staring Arjun Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Yami Gautam. She had also a cameo appearance in Salman Khan-Disha Patani starrer movie “Radhe”.

Rakul Preet Singh has made her Bollywood debut with director Divya Khosla Kumar’s romantic drama movie “Yaariyan”. Her Kannada debut film was “Gilli” in 2009, Tamil debut film was “Thadaiyara Thaakka” in 2021 & Telugu debut was “Keratam” in 2011. Her movies in 2021 include "Check", "Sardar Ka Grandson", "Konda Polam", "October 31st Ladies Night", "Ayalaan", etc.
