Story:
A string of mysterious deaths leads CID officer Soumya Sen (Vikram Chatterjee) into the depths of a sinister medicine racket. As journalist Usashi (Swastika Mukherjee) loses her husband to a poisoned pill, the investigation intensifies. The film follows how Soumya eventually uncovers the killer behind the conspiracy.

The final half-hour is tightly packed with suspense and will keep you glued.
Swastika Mukherjee steals the show with sheer intensity, especially dominating the final half hour.
Vikram Chatterjee continues his fine form, convincingly playing a no-nonsense, rough-and-tough cop with strong screen presence.
Prosenjit Chowdhury’s visuals are moody and immersive, perfectly suiting the investigative tone.
Sreejan Deb crafts a layered soundscape that reinforces both tension and emotional beats.
What Didn't Work:
The narrative starts off strong but loses momentum in the middle, with pacing issues throughout.
Sujay Datta Ray’s editing could have been crisper to maintain tighter storytelling.
Character arcs remain half-baked, leaving less impact than intended.
Direction:
Arindam Bhattacharya handles the direction and overall execution competently, though aspects such as character development and narrative pacing could have been more finely tuned to elevate the viewing experience.
